This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request:

  • A refund (if replacement is not available)

2. Extended 60-Day or 90-Day Warranty

Certain products may include an extended 60-day or 90-day warranty, if clearly specified in:

  • Your official quotation
  • Your invoice

If a longer warranty period is stated in writing, that specific warranty period will apply to that product.


3. Manufacturer Warranty (New Products)

For brand-new products, manufacturer warranties may apply where stated.

If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer
  • Horizon Hardware LLC will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible
  • Warranty length and coverage depend on the manufacturer’s official policy

4. End-User Warranty (If Applicable)

If the purchaser is the final end-user of the product and this is specified in writing at the time of sale, extended warranty terms may apply as agreed in the invoice or contract. Such warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.


5. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received
  • The item must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, modification, improper installation, or power surge damage

  • Electrical damage or power surges
  • Physical abuse or mishandling
  • Compatibility issues not confirmed prior to purchase

6. Return Authorization (RMA Process)

All returns require prior approval.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
